This package delivers a professional and polished bartending experience while keeping the atmosphere relaxed, approachable, and beautifully executed. Designed for hosts who want elevated service without full-scale production, The Bluebonnet Basic includes one professional bartender, up to 4 hours of service, a custom cocktail consultation to help curate your drink selections, professional bar tools and setup, and a standard garnish station to enhance presentation. To secure your date, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required, with the final guest count due 7 days prior to the event. Clients must PROVIDE alcohol, access to a designated bar area with table space is required, running water is preferred if available, and a travel fee may apply outside the DFW area.

The Signature Experience is designed for clients who want more than just bartending — they want a curated cocktail experience that enhances the entire atmosphere of their event. Perfect for weddings, engagement parties, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations, this package blends creativity and presentation to create a bar experience that feels intentional, elevated, and flawlessly executed. Ideal for events with 75–100 guests, The Signature Experience includes one to two professional bartenders (based on guest count), up to 4–5 hours of service, a custom-crafted cocktail menu featuring 2–3 signature drinks, a personalized cocktail menu sign, an elevated garnish display, and a pre-event consultation with timeline collaboration to ensure smooth coordination. To secure your date, a 30% non-refundable retainer is required. Final guest count and alcohol selections are due 10–14 days prior to the event. Clients must PROVIDE alcohol, access to a designated bar space with table setup and water source is required, and a travel fee may apply outside the DFW area.

The Luxe Event Bar is Bluebonnet Bar Co.’s premier full-service bartending and bar coordination experience, designed for large-scale celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and upscale private gatherings with 100–200 guests. This package delivers an elevated cocktail program paired with intentional planning and refined presentation, offering more than just bar service — it is a fully curated experience. From custom cocktail development and a personalized menu featuring 3–4 signature handcrafted drinks (with optional mocktail expansion) to elevated bar styling that matches your event theme, every detail is thoughtfully executed to complement your vision. The Luxe package includes a full professional bar team based on guest count, up to 5 hours of service, a luxury garnish presentation and prep station, two pre-event planning meetings (optional), bar timeline creation, vendor communication, and bar layout planning to ensure smooth guest flow. To secure this package, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Final guest count and alcohol selections are due 12–14 days prior to the event. Clients must PROVIDE alcohol in accordance, venue access must be available at least 1.5 hours before service for setup, and a travel fee may apply outside the DFW area.
