Almost Irish

Almost Irish is an Irish band with a broad repertoire of traditional and popular Irish tunes. We play with lots of energy and feature fiddle and flute for an authentic Irish sound! We are highly interactive, with singalongs, Irish dance tunes, and a full slate of Irish pub favorites! We will come out into the audience to get you dancing, singing and drinking along with our lively music!

Almost Irish plays a wide range of songs from the best-known Irish artists, like The Pogues, The Dubliners, Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly, Wolfe Tones, Saw Doctors, High Kings, Clancy Brothers, Irish Rovers, Gaelic Storm, Steve Earle, Paddy Reilly, Christy Moore & More! (if you want, we can also append some rock/folk classics like Beatles, Van Morrison, U2, Elvis, etc.).

We generally play 5-piece with 2 guitars, vocals, flute, fiddle, percussion and harmonica.  If you need to save space or money, we can play in a downsized 3-piece or 4-piece acoustic setup, depending on your needs. We always bring energy and elite musicianship to our performances. Our flute and fiddle are amazing, and make for a great Irish experience!

Note that our band is also affiliated with The Racket, an entertaining party band, and we are more than happy to arrange "hybrid" performances of Irish material and party tunes, if that is what your event calls for.

Please contact us for more information and to turn your event into a true Irish party!
