CITIZEN'S JAZZ is a collective of some of the most talented & professional jazz musicians in the Bay Area. Led by bassist Caroline Chung the combo is versatile and can be booked as a duo, trio, quartet, quintet or big band. We would love to play at your event and can put together a band that fits your needs including special requests! We are all professional musicians and have been performing around the Bay for many years as well as toured around the world. We play everything from straight ahead Jazz, Swing to Bossa Nova, Latin, Funk to old school Blues and Soul. We are very versatile and have had many successes with our performances through this site. the concept was devised from the creativity of the many wonderful musicians she has met & play with. Each combo brings in a different flavor to the collective with a diverse style of Jazz, Blues, Latin, Funk & Pop.

Each musician is an active professional who have been gigging in the Bay Area for the past ten years or so. They are the most talented musicians in the Bay Area today.

Our repertoire ranges from classic jazz, be- bop swing, blues to modern day bossa novas, samba, rumba and afro cuban.
