With over 43 years in the Leadership role as a baseball coach, a front office General Manager for a Pro baseball scouting company, as owner of my own businesses I have learned from my experiences as well as others how to lead and maybe even more importantly how NOT to lead. Hi, my name is Claudio Reilsono and I want to share my stories, experiences with you so you can be a better Leader. Better leader, better team, more success.
