Cliff Goldmacher

Based in Middle River Maryland

Cliff helps organizations build cultures of innovation and boost creative confidence through a highly

engaging and interactive songwriting program that strengthens problem-solving and collaboration.

The What

A 60-minute program that uses songwriting - no musical experience required- to help organizations build cultures of innovation, boost creative confidence and problem-solve around a specific organizational issue, objective or event theme. Participants are guided through the process of writing lyrics based on their chosen topic. At the program’s high point, Cliff composes the music to the completed lyric on the spot and the participants sing their newly written song, making the experience and its subject matter highly memorable.

The How

By breaking songwriting into easily understood, manageable pieces, Cliff helps participants practice the same skills that drive innovation: listening closely, contributing ideas, shaping language, taking creative risks and solving problems together.

The Why

In order to think differently and explore new ideas, organizations need people who are willing to strengthen their creativity, collaborate openly and diversify their problem-solving approaches. Songwriting provides a unique and powerful way to think about complicated issues and discover better solutions.
