Comfortably Floyd was formed in August 2009 in the Chicago area with top-notched musicians who have the talent and desire to replicate the music of Pink Floyd in the greatest detail possible. They are dedicated to crafting Pink Floyd's performances with careful attention to every note, inflection, expression, sound effect, bend, etc. on their instruments and voices. In addition to their refined musical performances, one can expect visual effects of multimedia, video projection, lasers, bricks of the wall, etc. to enhance the live experience. Comfortably Floyd is the only Pink Floyd Tribute in the State of Illinois with a legally registered laser show.

Comfortably Floyd's typical 90-120 Headliner setlist covers songs like "Money", "Another Brick in the Wal, pt.2", "Shine On You Crazy Diamond", "Comfortably Numb", "Time", "Breathe", "Hey You", "Wish You Were Here", and several other Floyd classic. Songs from several albums are included with our focus on the albums "Meddle", "Dark Side of the Moon", "Wish You Were Here", "Animals", "The Wall", and "A Momentary Lapse of Reason".
