John Defeo is a Puerto Rican born R&B/Hip-Hop artist based out of Miami, Florida. Defeo boldly infuses his passion for the guitar into various genres. His music style ranges from funk and jazz inspired R&B to soulful pop and hip-hop. 

At the age of 5, Defeo was introduced to the guitar by his father who made music in Puerto Rico with composer Eladio Torres. He was instantly captivated and within a few years he was writing and producing his own music. Some of his influences include Kanye West, Jimmi Hendrix, Travis Scott, and Allen Stone. 

Defeo has released three albums including his latest EP, Champagne Heart, featuring his single "Unwind" along with "Hypnotize", "Good Sex", and "All the Attention". The "Unwind "music video was independently released and premiered on Rivnow, a Video on Demand streaming platform that focuses on offering exclusive independent music driven video content. "With a sensuous mellow dance groove that aims straight for the hips, the track is reminiscent of Justin Timberlake's "Rock Your Body" only better and sexier!"
