My presentations focus on what happens to judgment under pressure, uncertainty, incomplete information, competing priorities, and disagreement. I use neuroscience and behavioral science to explain why even smart, experienced leaders can fall into patterns that interfere with good decision-making.

Through interactive exercises, real leadership scenarios, and practical tools, I help participants recognize how pressure, emotion, cognitive bias, and individual decision styles influence the choices they make. I also introduce my NeuroDecide™ framework, which looks at four core decision traits: ambiguity tolerance, cognitive flexibility, impulse control, and risk appetite.

My goal is to give leaders a clearer understanding of how they make decisions and practical ways to improve judgment, strengthen alignment, challenge assumptions, and make better high-stakes decisions.
