What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?

A great strategy that has always work for me in events is connecting with the audience, developing a chemistry with them but most of all engaging with them through the music while they dance.

How would you describe your ‘style’?

My level of style is charismatic with a spice of energetic persona during the whole event.

What makes photo booths such a great alternative to traditional photographers?

Its the pathway to the fun!! It's an insurance that your guest will have a great time in case the rest does not go as those who dont dance or maybe the mixed music doesn't get them out of their seats,I will interact with the invites and make sure they had a great my insurance.

What photo booth props do you offer?

We offer inflatables,masks,hilariously wigs and funny signs

What do you love most about your job?

I really enjoy the reaction of the crowd when they hear a classic hit, an old school hit, a mash up mix of their favorite song, but best of all,that song that they do not expect to hear that put them to dance 5,10 or maybe 20years ago, that is a special moment to enjoy. My love and passion for music and entertainment truly shines while hosting special events and parties. For over 15 years and counting, I’ve been catering music and event entertainment to groups and families from all walks of life. Whether you’re seeking for 60s,70s,80s,90s,old school, today’s latest hits, dance, country, latin, gospel, rock n roll, hip-hop,Motown or anything in between, I have the resources and expertise with a charismatic persona to lead your event to a total fun memorable night.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've been a musician since I was 16 years old and I've always been around the stage and I love entertain the crowd either playing instruments, singing, acting or mixing music, the art of music is my passion.

Amit Patel - DJ Alex was the star of the wedding. We held a fusion (Indian Western) wedding where our guests were expecting both types of music. We were a little nervous about not hiring a DJ with little to no experience with Bollywood music. DJ Alex quickly eased our concerns ensuring that he would take handle anything that he had to work with. He went above and beyond in scoping our the venue a few times before the event so that he could plan on how to setup (this is something very few wedding vendors do w/o charging). DJ Alex was a vendor in which we gave a basic outline of what we wanted and he handled the rest without burdening the bride/groom on anything that could have gone wrong. For example, we gave him a custom precession song in which we were hoping to have the entire wedding party walk down to. I was nervous that the the song would end while the party would still be walking down. Sure enough, DJ Alex had the foresight to take the song and seamlessly loop it specifically if we went long. Just I mention he also played an amazing set where the dance floor was never empty! He was also a bargain compared to all DJs. He was truly an MVP at our wedding! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Raven Bosch - I cannot speak highly enough about Maihot Party Entertainment feat DJ Alex. Yomar was AMAZING all day in the photobooth. They arrived early and managed all vendors for my backyard wedding beautifully. Yomar even helped get everything set up beautifully. My family had a worry-free day because of his hard work together SO well and thanks to them, the wedding flowed better than I could have imagined. Alex's music taste is unmached. He was able to read the crowd and kept people on the dance floor the entire time. I countinually hear how much FUN people had and it is largely thanks to this team. We had worries that the guest list was too different to really have a great time but regardless of age, race, and where they're from. If you are looking to hire a team for a wedding...YOU FOUND THEM!
