At holiday events, Santa and Mrs. Claus serve as welcoming ambassadors of Chrsitmas cheer.  Santa brings his signature enthusiasm of Ho, Ho, Hos as he greets guests, poses for photos, listens to children's wish lists, and helps create a festive, joyful atmosphere.

Mrs. Claus complements his role with a gentle, grandmotherly presence, offering reassurance to children who may feel nervous or overwhelmed. She engages them with calm conversation, warm smiles,and comforting guidance, helping them feel at ease before meeting Santa. Together, they create a memorable, family-friendly experience that brings the magic of the season to life.

Rick and Edwina have been protraying Santa and Mrs. Claus for 10+ years. They have taken a 9-session online course sponsored by Worldwide Santa Network out of California. In March, 2025, they participated in a 3-day conference in Gatlinburg, Tennessee that included daily breakout sessions and was attending by 650 Santas and Mrs. Claus'.
