My signature keynote, “Unleashing Your Power of Intentional Enthusiasm,” is designed to energize audiences while delivering practical tools they can apply immediately. It blends storytelling, humor, and real-world strategies that help professionals stay resilient, engaged, and focused—especially in environments where safety, responsibility, and teamwork matter every day.

In the presentation, I share my journey from growing up in the back of my father’s small barbershop to becoming the first host of a children’s series on the Disney Channel, a voice for iconic animated characters, and a Hall of Fame radio broadcaster.

The stories and voices I perform are most entertaining, but the heart of the message centers on belief, vision, gratitude, and the Intentional Enthusiasm mindset that drives performance and culture.

MY STORY

I’ve spent most of my life behind a microphone—first in radio, then television, and now on stages across the country—sharing one simple idea: enthusiasm is a choice.

My journey has taken me from radio stations in Los Angeles and Texas to hosting the Disney Channel series You and Me, Kid, voicing characters in film and television, and speaking at events from the White House Hispanic Heritage Awards to conferences across America. Along the way I was fortunate to be named Billboard Magazine’s Radio Personality of the Year twice, inducted into the San Antonio and Texas Radio Halls of Fame, and included among the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Top 100 Radio Personalities of All Time

As a voice artist, I've provided voices for The Jetsons television series, the Gremlins movie, the Parkay Talking Tub, Baretta's Fred the Cockatoo and countless other cartoon characters.

But the moments that matter most to me have come from using that platform to help others. One of my favorite projects, featured on the Netflix documentary--The Greatest Night In Pop, brought together more than 1,500 children to record the children’s version of We Are the World, which earned a Grammy nomination and supported USA for Africa. Over the years, community efforts like that have helped raise more than $100 million for charitable causes.

Those experiences taught me something powerful: when you approach life with Intentional Enthusiasm, challenges become opportunities and ordinary moments can turn into something extraordinary. That’s the story—and the message—I share with audiences today.
