3 Strings and A Mandolin is a Bay Area chamber music group featuring mandolin, violin, viola, and cello.
Expressive, beautiful, delightful and a unique alternative to the string quartet, this ensemble features some of the finest in classical music talent the Bay Area has to offer. 
The group highlights the best classical compositions for this particular ensemble, as well as many adaptations by known and loved composers. 

The group also performs a wide variety of string quartet music, wedding and light jazz favorites.
With competitive prices and musical flexibility, ​the group can also perform solo, as a duo, and a trio. 

Suitable for any occasion, event, or season,  3 Strings & A Mandolin will offer 
a unique and memorable experience for your special event.

This ensemble can also perform as:  2 Strings & A Mandolin (Mandolin, Violin & Cello Trio)
1 String & A Mandolin (Mandolin & Violin or Mandolin & Cello Duets) or Solo Mandolin.
